Mayta, which means “Noble Land” in Aymara, was born to give an ode to our land.
It is Pesaque’s flagship restaurant and is a personal contemporary expression of Peruvian cuisine based on flavors and preparations of memory and history brought to actuality.
In 2019, Mayta entered the list of Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants; in 2020 the restaurant won the Highest Climber Award, while in 2022 it entered the list of The World’s 50 Best and was also awarded as the best restaurant in the latest edition of The World Culinary Awards.
